Our roots are French but our cooking follows its own rhythm. Margo brings together classic techniques, seasonal ingredients, and a light-hearted spirit. We cook seriously but keep the mood relaxed.

He spent years honing his craft in Monaco, New York, and Bangkok before opening Margo to bring that same level of care and precision to something more personal, more casual, and much more accessible.

The food reflects the season and the produce. It changes often but always centers on ingredients we trust and dishes that make people feel good.
